Can we let go of everything as we welcome everything.
The difference between fear and no fear is a thought.
When we allow everything to simply be, the world becomes infinite.
This, just this, whatever is arising here and now is so obvious, so simple we overlook it in search of some ‘thing’ when all there is is simply this, just this.
When we look to where we think we are, all we see is everything there is. What we are looking for is where we’re looking from and that is everywhere.
Can we take responsibility for the quality of our own mind instead blaming others?
Hurt people hurt people.
If we attend fully in this moment we cannot help but allow everything equally. There can be no silence without noise, no stillness without movement, no peace without chaos. Allow everything yet cling to nothing.
Our lives change whether we want them to or not. Can we let go of the futile desire to control life and allow life to live us as it was always going to before we got in the way.
There is nothing to understand but everything and nothing to know.
There is no problem to solve, just everything and nothing to experience.
To know the ‘why’ go beyond it, leave it behind and simply ‘be’ without reason. To really not know and be whole, complete, indivisible.
Recognising the infinite, the absolute… being it… at home, at rest, whole, integrated yet nowhere at all.
Can we see that awareness is the one and only constant in our life. It allows everything to happen, to come and go. It’s all we can rely upon. No thought, no feeling, no image, no story, no person has the omnipresent quality of unbounded, open, empty yet abundant awareness.
