Can we see that we all have it already? We just persist in the thinking that we don’t. Let go. The letting go is the seeing, minus the thought of whether we have it or not. Thought only binds, it never frees. The problems of thought are not solved by more thinking.

When leaving a treasured situation of place or person we can simply choose whether we will miss it or not. Can we see that to miss a place or person is just to persist in wanting something we can’t have? Can we let go of this wanting and simply enjoy the memory for what it is without the attendant suffering?

To miss implies a lack, and in any given moment there is no lack of anything.

We experience the fundamental unity of everything through a mind that has evolved to divide the world into discreet pieces of ‘this’ which is separate from ‘that’. With the clarity of open awareness we can begin to glimpse the indivisible seamless whole into which we have always been woven. There is no ‘that, just ‘this’.
