Despite our best efforts to resist and deny certain aspects of our lives, ultimately we simply cannot resist anything. We may delude ourselves by hiding from, denying or attempting to ignore reality but reality remains, always, irresistible.
The weeds of our mind have just as much to teach us as the flowers.
This body moving
like the waves are breaking
Wind blows through
this empty space of mind
Thoughts float in and out
All of it
indivisible
Nothing excluded
Impossible to pull apart
Limitless unfolding
Eternally now
If we are able view everything without our usual conceptual frames of reference then we can recognise our intrinsic infinite nature.

Nothing happens next. This is always it.
Pretty much everything we think and do prevents us from recognising the true nature of our mind and the world as it is.
When we recognise we are simply open space for ourselves we also see how we are open space for everyone and everything else. Miraculously we realise we have infinite capacity.
We are both the infinite source and the expression of it.
Phenomena are just phenomena. There is neither too much or too little. There is what there is and we make of it what we will.
There is no way to act or behave or be in the world since the world resides in us. This simple inversion reveals the truth of our lived reality. There are no problems bigger than us since all problems lie within us and are part of us. They disappear as problems when we recognise the inseparable, continuous equality of all phenomena.
