We really don’t need to trouble ourselves with questions of self/ non-self , duality/ non-duality, emptiness, oneness, equanimity, enlightenment, awakening and all the myriad other alleged matters of so-called spirituality. All one need do is recognise the present moment exactly as it is, however it is, whatever is happening.
