We really don’t need to trouble ourselves with questions of self/ non-self , duality/ non-duality, emptiness, oneness, equanimity, enlightenment, awakening and all the myriad other alleged matters of so-called spirituality. All one need do is recognise the present moment exactly as it is, however it is, whatever is happening.

Enlightenment is not some supreme spiritual state. It is the simple perception that reality is only here and now. No matter what the here and now looks like.
